HR Specialist
Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree;
  • 1 year + of related experience with HR documentation and processes;
  • Knowledge of:
    • Ukrainian legislation and regulations;
    • Methodical materials on headcount records and personnel movement;
    • Labor legislation;
    • Company’s structure and personnel;
    • Procedure of keeping labor books and personal files of employees;
    • Standards of unified paperwork management system; organizational-administrative documentation; the current legislation of employment, movement and termination of employees;
    • Procedure of headcount movement records peculiarities and preparation of specified reporting;
    • Procedure of job titles’ definition; calculation of general and continuous period of service, employees’ benefits and compensations;
    • Procedure of keeping data on the company’s personnel;
    • Personnel certification.
  • Extensive experience using 1C system.
  • Experience in dealing with insurance companies.
  • Experience in dealing with counter-agents on training for employees.
  • English – intermediate +.
Responsibilities:
  • Keep records of the company personnel and its units according to the unified forms of primary accounting documents.
  • Prepare employment paperwork, process transfers and dismissals of employees according to labor legislation, regulations, instructions and managerial orders.
  • Form and maintain employees’ files, make changes related to work activities.
  • Form and maintain personal cards (form P-2), make changes related to transfers inside the company, vacations and personal data.
  • Keep the company staff list.
  • Keep records and be responsible for safety and proper completion of labor books, determine periods of service.
  • Organize the timecard system of employees, control attendance and discipline at work.
  • Create employees’ vacation schedule for the next year.
  • Fill in personal data of employees and information about employment terms/transfers/dismissals to 1C system.
  • Form personnel records, personal cards, orders on employees after the expiration of current storage for transferring them to the archives.
  • Provide data for calculating advances and wages for the employees to the Finance Department.
  • Organize sanatorium vouchers for employees, Christmas gifts for their children at the expense of the Social Insurance Fund.
  • Participate in the development of regulatory documents of the company in the personnel management sphere.
  • Consult the company employees on Ukrainian labor legislation and their terms of employment.
  • Monitor regulatory and legal basis concerning innovations and changes in the current Ukrainian labor legislation.
